BEX Materials is the trade name of BADWIN S.A., a corporation incorporated in Montevideo, Uruguay, in 2026. The business is simple to explain: we buy petrochemical raw materials from first-tier producers and sell them by the metric ton to manufacturers, taking on everything that happens in between.
The company grew out of two careers that crossed paths many times at the port and on the factory floor. On one side, 18 years moving international cargo and serving raw-material industries. On the other, years buying and selling resin and bitumen, with the paperwork and requirements those products bring. We put the two together in a structure that is small by choice: every operation has a director responsible for it from start to finish.
Why Montevideo
Uruguay offers what a trading operation needs: institutional stability, free movement of capital, contracts and accounts in US dollars, and a predictable regulatory environment. This is where we contract, invoice and collect.
The cargo never passes through Uruguay. It sails from the port of origin straight to the customer's port, and the customer imports it in its own name. BEX handles the purchase, the sale, freight when the incoterm requires it, the documentation and the follow-up. Commercial service for Brazil is run from Joinville, in the state of Santa Catarina.

Firm price, in writing
No production is scheduled without an accepted proforma. Changes to quantity, price or dates only through an amendment signed by both sides.
Documents checked before they move
Invoice, packing list, certificates and bill of lading go through internal review before reaching the bank, the customs broker or the customer.
A director on every operation
Whoever closed the deal follows the shipment. There is no service queue between the customer and the person who decides.
No imposed exclusivity
You compare our quote with others and decide. We would rather win the order on price and delivery than on a contract clause.
The people behind BEX
Ayslan Fernando Pereira
Eighteen years in international freight. He founded and ran a logistics company that became a reference in its sector and ranked among the 15 largest in Brazil before being sold in 2023. Over those years he served raw-material industries across several segments, which gave him a practical understanding of the cost, timing and risk of an import from start to finish. At BEX he is responsible for operations, logistics and the relationship with producers.

She comes from the plastics and raw-materials market, where she built a career in trading: negotiating with producers, running back-to-back operations and managing all the documentation a resin or a bitumen cargo needs to cross borders. At BEX she is responsible for sales, payment terms and the follow-up of every customer.
